A narrow path between the house and the boundary had become heavily overgrown. Weeds, tall grass and rampant growth were removed and the path was thoroughly cleared.
Result: A clear, tidy path, safe to walk again.
The plaster on the building base was cracked and flaking. The damaged areas were removed and the base was re-plastered and evened out.
Result: A clean, even base along the facade.
The frame and door were weathered and faded. The wood was sanded down and refinished so that the surface is even and protected again.
Result: A refreshed door with a clean, even finish.
Around the house, paths and a terrace area were newly laid with natural-stone pavers. From the garden path to the area in front of the terrace door, set cleanly in courses and worked in neatly against beds and lawn.
Result: Level, durable surfaces with clean edges.
A tall tree stood in a tight spot between the buildings. In these confined conditions it was taken down piece by piece under control using rope-climbing technique.
Result: A controlled removal without damage to the buildings.
The existing stairs and the adjoining wall area were showing their age. As part of the renovation the area was rebuilt and finished with dark tiles.
Result: A fresh, modern stair area.
A woodpecker had left holes in the facade (marked in red in the photo). Using an aerial work platform, the affected spots high up were reached and the damage was dealt with properly.
Result: Safe access at height, damaged spots dealt with.
An old arched door was refurbished and repainted in a strong red. Colour and surface are even and protected again.
