We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website and to handle your enquiries. The legal bases are, in particular, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures/contract) and (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website).
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. The provider processes the data on our behalf (order processing pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR); a data processing agreement (DPA) is incorporated through the provider's contractual terms. The servers are located in Germany. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and efficient provision of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
4. Server log files
When the website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits. These are usually: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, time of the server request and the IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources and serves technical provision and security (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). It is deleted after a short time.
5. Contact (form, email, phone)
If you contact us via the request form, by email or by phone, we process the details you provide (e.g. name, contact details, address and a description of your matter) solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation/performance of a contract) or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention obligations prevent this.
To deliver the request form, we do not use any external service. When you submit the form, the data you enter (e.g. name, email address, phone number, location and project description) is processed via a script on our own server (see section 3 – IONOS, server location Germany) and delivered to us by email solely for the purpose of handling your enquiry. No disclosure to third parties and no transfer to a third country takes place. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation/performance of a contract) or (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in easy contact). Alternatively, you can contact us directly by email or phone at any time.
6. Cookies & tracking
This website uses no cookies for analysis or marketing purposes and integrates no tracking services (e.g. Google Analytics). No profiling takes place.
7. Fonts
The fonts used are served locally from our server (no retrieval via external providers such as Google Fonts). No connection to third-party servers is established when the page is loaded.
8. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the "https://" in your browser's address bar.
